Training Program

Our Training Program is designed for dancers ages 9–18 who are ready to take their skills to the next level and push toward their full potential. This program focuses on building strong technique, expanding skill sets, and elevating overall performance quality in a challenging yet supportive environment.

Training dancers will have the opportunity to take a wide variety of classes, including ballet, acro, technique, strengthening and flexibility, skills and drills, and conditioning.
 

With this well-rounded training, dancers build strength, control, confidence, and artistry—helping them feel ready for anything that comes their way. It’s the perfect program for dancers who want to grow, improve, and keep becoming the best version of themselves.
